Returns
It is very important to us at Jishike that our customers are more than satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise. When the product is returned it should be sent in the original packaging with accompanying tags, biographies, paperwork, and be in the condition in which it was received. We kindly request that if merchandise is used it only be returned if it is defective.
Please adhere to the following timetable when returning merchandise:
Full-Price Merchandise:
0-15 days of date on invoice
16-30 days of date on invoice
31+ days of date on invoice
100% of purchase price
0% of purchase price; Exchange only
No returns or exchanges
Sale-Price Merchandise:
We apologize for any inconvenience but due to the nature of our product, Sale Merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.
When returning by Mail:
Please adhere to the return guidelines noted above. Please return products in original packaging, using the original shipping box. Returns may be sent to:

We suggest that you insure the package via US Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. We also urge you to save the shipping receipt for your records. Unfortunately, only merchandise received by our office can be credited.
Please all 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
Exchange requests can be made within 30 days of purchase or invoiced date of shipped merchandise. We request that customers specify in their shipment which item they wish to exchange the merchandise for. Availability of replacement items are not guaranteed to so we urge you to contact us to confirm before shipping. You will receive an email confirming the processing of the exchange once it is complete.
